Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: Domestic benchmark indices, the Sensex and Nifty50, opened higher on Tuesday, recovering from seven-month lows reached in the previous session, fueled by gains in banking, auto, and energy stocks.
The BSE Sensex increased by 372 points, or 0.49%, to 76,711, while the Nifty50 climbed 120 points, or 0.52%, trading at 23,206 as of 9:21 am.
In early trade, Zomato, IndusInd Bank, NTPC, Adani Ports, SBI, and Tata Motors from the Sensex pack opened with gains, rising between 2-3%. On the other hand, HCL Tech, HUL, Tech Mahindra, ITC, and Infosys opened in the red.
