Shraddha Kapoor flaunts super-short hair that barely reach her shoulder in new pics; fans ask ‘ye kya kar diya?’

Shraddha Kapoor fans were surprised by the actor’s brand new haircut, with many asking ‘why’ as they reacted to her short hairstyle. Others were really into it.

On Wednesday, actor Shraddha Kapoor  shared photos of herself showing off her new look. The actor shared a witty caption as she debuted her short hairstyle on Instagram. She wrote, “Dil chota mat karo, baal karo (don’t make her hearts small, make your hair short).” The actor gave a couple of cute poses in the pictures taken at her home. While some fans could not get enough of Shraddha’s new look, others wanted to know ‘why’ she went short. 

Shraddha wore a pink top and a pair of blue jeans with white sneakers as she sat on the floor in the photos. She smiled for the camera in a selfie and posed with her eyes closed as she touched her hair that barely reaches her shoulder in another picture. A fan commented on her post, “What a cutie.” A comment also read, “Too cute!!!” One more wrote, “Rest of the girls on one side, and Shraddha Kapoor on the other (heart emojis).”

Some people also wanted to know the story behind the actor’s new look. A person joked, “Don’t lie @shraddhakapoor, did you cut your hair at home?” Another one asked, “Shraddha what did you do?” One more asked, “Ye kya kar diya (what have you done)?” A fan also said, “Oh but why. You look cute with long hair…” Some also asked if Shraddha had chopped her hair off for an upcoming project.

Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar alongside Ranbir Kapoor , which was released in theatres on March 8. The film directed by Luv Ranjan was recently released on Netflix. The film also features Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor and Anubhav Singh Bassi in supporting roles.

Shraddha will next be seen in Stree 2 alongside Rajkumar Rao, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee. The film will hit theatres on August 31, 2024. Stree (2018) was a horror-comedy directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan. Almost five years later, the cast had announced the release date of Stree 2. The same was announced at the Jio Studios’ Infinite Together event, which was held last month.
